Please complete our RMA Repair Authorization Form and obtain a RMA number prior to sending a terminal for repair. Submit the completed form via e-mail to rma@nexgo.us or fax to 1.949.266.5658. NEXGO will issue a RMA number within 24 business hours of being received. This grants a tentative authorization to ship the product(s) to NEXGO for evaluation.
Upon receipt of a malfunctioning unit, NEXGO will assess the extent of the problem. If no hardware defect is found, a “no problem found” fee will be assessed. NEXGO does not provide loaner equipment, but customers may purchase replacements, if necessary.
Under our warranty, any NEXGO equipment found to be defective within the stated warranty period will be repaired, at no charge, and shipped back via UPS ground.
If equipment is beyond the warranty period, NEXGO will notify the customer of the cost to repair, obtain written approval, and then ship it back via UPS ground.
The standard turnaround time is 5 to 10 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
